Booking & Reservations

We offer flexible cancellation options. We believe in a mutual respect model and will work with anyone who has issues that come up. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

No! Many of our guests are just passing through. But we have no minimum night stays! Unlike many other properties that require a 2-night minimum stay, especially during peak holiday seasons or in specific destinations.

Your nightly rate includes exclusive access to the property and its listed amenities, fresh linens, standard toiletries, and various in-unit food items. Local taxes and a standard service fee are calculated at checkout.

During Your Stay

We believe in a seamless arrival. All WilderNest properties feature smart locks or other self-check-in. You will receive map directions, access codes, and we'll be available to answer any questions prior to and during your check-in time.

Attentive hospitality is our promise. Our local support teams are available 24/7 to assist with any questions or issues that arise during your stay. Please call twice, within a minute or so, during late night hours to get past any do-not-disturb settings.

We do our best to accommodate these requests when our cleaning schedule allows. Please reach out to us to check availability (additional fees suggested).

Property Policies

Many of our properties, especially our mountain cabins and nature retreats, welcome well-behaved pets! Look for the "Pet-Friendly" icon on the property listing. Please note that a standard pet fee applies to cover additional deep cleaning.

To ensure the quality of our homes and respect our neighbors, unauthorized parties, events, or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy limit are strictly prohibited.
